How to Give the Best Out Of Your Employees

If you want to motivate your team to be the best beasts out there, then you’ve come to the right place. But don’t stop here, we will give you advice, then it is up to you to incorporate it into daily inner-office habits. Here are some of the many important factors that come into play.

Train Your Employees

Your business will not just run itself. It takes people and those individuals form teams. You don’t want these individuals and teams just guessing what to do, right? It is so important to train your employees and take great pride while doing so. Teach them the right way you want them to do business and lead them by showing them how it is done. You might feel as though you will lose a bunch of time, but it will benefit you in the end. It will also benefit your employees and teams. Statistically, people will stay longer at a job if they have been trained correctly in the first place.

Communicate, Communicate, Communicate

You can avoid a lot of unnecessary anger on both sides of the fence if you communicate from the start. And I mean from the absolute start. Before you even hire a potential candidate, explain to them exactly what you expect and be honest about what kind of guidelines there are. Nobody like surprises. Once hired, communicate again what was discussed prior to hiring. You might feel like a broken record, but communication is better than lack thereof. Don’t assume people understand, and don’t be passive aggressive. Say what you need to say and be very clear.

Encourage Employees

Believe it or not, you are the one who can and should do this. Be open to discussion with your employees. Hear what they have to say; their concerns, struggles, obstacles and ideas. You might see some real talent and fantastic ideas early on if you are willing. On the flip side, you might see issues, but all will have a an easier time resolving these issues if they are caught early in the game.

Super-fy The Office

Nobody wants to be uncomfortable at work. Do your best to make your Company office comfy and cozy and not some cubicle hell. Some more progressive companies use exercise balls health conscious so employees can still feel active on the job.

Never underestimate the value of comfort in a workplace!

Speed Company's Productivity By Blocking Social Media

Of course you want your company to move faster, to product faster, to achieve goals faster. But are any of the hype ways really viable options? What I mean is, there are some theories out there on speeding up your company’s production that may or may not be options for you. For the record, at Check Issuing, we just try to do things as right and quality as possible! But hey, we get things done fast also, so…..

One of the keys to speeding up production is retooling how employees spend their time. If you are in an office, you have the option to ban sites such as Facebook and Twitter and even TMZ so that employees don’t end up getting lost in a world of total time drag. This, in theory, will free them up to work on company agendas which in turn should create more production. But does it really? The answer is probably, I mean, I think we all know that it’s really easy to get caught up in Facebook and suddenly 20 minutes is gone even though you never intended that. Social Media is addicting. The nature of restricting it, however, could create an environment that seems more like a prison than an office and it might make it seem employees aren’t trusted. It’s a fine line, obviously, between the two. For good measure, a starting point really is trying to speed up production by setting goals and monitoring output more closely first. But really, it’s all in what works for each company and no one way is the wrong way.

Do you watch videos? Do your employees have to watch videos for training purposes? If watching videos is a part of your job’s curriculum, then you might want to look into speeding up the videos. For example, most players, including Youtube, have a way to speed the video up to, for example, 1.5 times the speed. This is still very easy to understand, it just moves faster and there is less time waste involved in the day. Of course, if you or your employees aren’t comprehending the subject, this may not be a great idea.

Speed reading. I’m not a fan at all, but some swear by it. There are several speed reading methods, you can find them all here. Personally I find that I lose too much of what’s important when I attempt speed reading. But it’s worth looking into.

Hopefully this article helped and didn’t take you TOO long to read!

Easy Quick Tips For Setting Up A Limited Liability Company (LLC)

startup company photo

A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is by far the most popular route to take for small businesses wishing to incorporate. Requirements and rules are different in every state, but know that it is quite simple to get through the process.  Follow these easy and quick tips and you will be on your way to entrepreneurship!

Choose Your Business Name

This is the fun part. The main law here is that it cannot already be used for another LLC in your state. Most sites where you set up your LLC will make sure of that before giving you the ok. The name will end with LLC or Limited Liability Company.

The LLC Articles of Organization Form

This part is simple. At this point in the game you do not have to specify who does what, only naming all of the members of the LLC. In addition you will notify the state of the business name, the purpose of your business, an office address and who your registered agent (individual who receives legal documents).

Have Your Local Newspaper Publish A Notice

ONLY do this if your state requires it. It is not necessary if it is not required. Be sure to find out if your state does require a newspaper notice! If so, publish before you file the LLC Articles of Organization.

Submit LLC Articles of Organization Form

You will submit this form to your Secretary of State. Some Websites do this for you if you choose the correct package. In addition to the form you will be sending the appropriate filing fees. The fees are also dependent on your state. They typically range from $50 to $1000. Caution: a number of states have a corporate tax separate from your filing fee. This also must be paid when you file.

Create an LLC Operating Agreement

An operating agreement will determine who is responsible for what both financially and management wise. The terms will also be a part of your agreement. No matter who you are working with or partnering with for your LLC. It is important you do this. Put everything in writing. A little more work in the beginning will save you many headaches business wise and personally later.

Defense Of Nevada Drone Crimes (NRS 200.571 / NRS 200.603)

Defense Of Nevada Drone Crimes

I’d like to talk about drones and the misuse of drones. More specifically what kind of criminal prosecution you can receive for misusing a drone in Nevada under NRS 200.571.

The entire NRS 200.571 harassment law that obviously prohibits you from stalking someone. It clearly would apply if you are someone who was using a drone to harass someone as defined below. A person is guilty of harassment if:

(a) Without lawful authority, the person knowingly threatens:

(1) To cause bodily injury in the future to the person threatened or to any other person; (2) To cause physical damage to the property of another person;

(3) To subject the person threatened or any other person to physical confinement or restraint; or

(4) To do any act which is intended to substantially harm the person threatened or any

other person with respect to his physical or mental health or safety; and

(b) The person by words or conduct places the person receiving the threat in reasonable fear that the threat will be carried out.
