Boy survives to tell horror: ISIS cut off his limbs when he refused to be indoctrinated

The jihadist organisation Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) does not only inflict mental violence on children by forcing them to be indoctrinated with terrorist teachings. They also inflict irreversible physical pain on the youth, by brutally cutting the arms and legs of those who refuse their teachings.
