ISIS demolishes 1,600-year-old Christian monastery, desecrates saint's remains
Continuing its streak of atrocities towards people—including Christians—and ancient structures in the Middle East, the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has demolished a 1,500-year-old monastery in central Syria honoring a martyr who defended Christianity.
