US hostage Kayla Mueller tortured, raped by ISIS chief before she died, officials say

US humanitarian aid worker Kayla Mueller was repeatedly raped by the top leader of the jihadist group Islamic State, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, before her death earlier this year, said counter-terrorism authorities.
